Trademark Notice and Usage Guidelines

This page lists the trademarks of Itogai LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“itogai”), and provides guidelines for journalists, accelerator partners, customers, and other third parties who wish to refer to the itogai brand or to itogai’s products in their own communications.

1. itogai’s Trademarks

The following trademarks are owned by Itogai LLC. The list is current as of the Effective Date.

All seven marks below are currently unregistered trademarks (™) of Itogai LLC. Each is denoted by the ™ symbol, signifying common-law trademark rights together with an active application before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). As of the Effective Date of this Trademark Notice, none of the marks below has been federally registered (denoted by the ® symbol); all applications remain in active examination. itogai will update this notice to reflect a ® designation once any specific mark matures to federal registration. Anyone may verify the current status of any application directly through the USPTO’s Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) system at tsdr.uspto.gov, which is the authoritative source for application status at any given moment.

International Class numbers refer to the standard Nice Classification used by the USPTO and most national trademark offices: Class 9 covers downloadable software; Class 35 covers business consulting and management services; Class 41 covers educational services; Class 42 covers Software-as-a-Service and Platform-as-a-Service; Class 45 covers online social-networking services. Goods-and-services descriptions for each application are publicly available on the linked TSDR page.

All filing statuses listed in the table above are accurate as of the Effective Date of this Trademark Notice and may change as USPTO examination of each application progresses. itogai may apply for additional trademarks from time to time and may register existing trademarks in additional jurisdictions or classes. The absence of a mark from this list does not waive any right itogai has in that mark under common law, statute, or international convention.

2. Style Rules

2.1 itogai

• Always lowercase, including at the start of a sentence: “itogai is a relationship-intelligence platform.”
• The legal entity name is “Itogai LLC” (capitalized first letter, followed by ” LLC”). Use “Itogai LLC” in contracts, terms, and any context where the legal entity is the subject. Use lowercase “itogai” for the brand and product.
• Do not insert a space, hyphen, or punctuation: “itogai,” not “ito-gai” or “I.T.O.G.A.I.”
• Do not pluralize or possessive-conjugate the brand into a generic noun (“the itogai”) in marketing copy. Use “the itogai platform” or “the itogai team” instead.

2.2 The Trust Family of Marks

• Trustbound, TrustGraph, TrustCircles, TrustReach are each one word, with internal capitalization (CamelCase) of the second component. Do not write “Trust Bound,” “trust-graph,” or “TRUSTCIRCLES.”
• On first use in a piece of public content, append the ™ symbol: “TrustGraph™.” On subsequent uses in the same piece of content, the symbol may be dropped.
• Use these marks as adjectives, not nouns: “the TrustGraph™ scoring algorithm,” “the TrustCircles™ network organization,” “the TrustReach™ warm-network action layer.” Avoid “a TrustGraph” or “the TrustReach.”

2.3 Akai

• Always sentence case: “Akai.” Do not write “AKAI,” “akai,” or “A.K.A.I.”
• On first use, append the ™ symbol: “Akai™.”
• Describe Akai as itogai’s relationship-intelligence co-pilot, never as an “agent,” “assistant,” or “automation.” Akai drafts, surfaces, and explains; the User reviews and clicks send.

2.4 The itogai Sunburst Logo

• Use the official logo file provided by itogai. Do not redraw, recolor, distort, rotate, or animate the mark, except as expressly authorized by itogai.
• Permitted background colors: Soft Cream (#FEFAF6) and Deep Charcoal (#1E1E2E) as published in the itogai brand manual. Do not place the multi-color logo on background colors that compromise contrast or legibility.
• Maintain a clear-space margin around the logo equal to the height of the lowercase “a” in the wordmark. Do not crowd the logo with other text or graphics within that margin.
• Minimum size: 60 pixels wide for digital use, 2 centimeters wide for print.

3. Permitted Uses Without a License

The following uses do not require a license from itogai, provided that the usage is accurate, non-misleading, and consistent with the style rules above.

• Editorial and journalistic reference. Journalists, analysts, and commentators may refer to itogai and to itogai’s products in editorial content covering itogai, the relationship-intelligence category, or the broader B2B technology and professional-network landscape.
• Customer attribution. Customers may identify themselves as customers or users of itogai in case studies, talks, and similar contexts (“we use itogai for relationship intelligence”).
• Accelerator and ecosystem-partner reference. Accelerator and venture partners may identify itogai as a portfolio company, founder benefit, or ecosystem participant in their published lists, decks, and similar contexts.
• Compatibility statements. Third-party developers and integrators may state that their product “works with,” “is compatible with,” or “integrates with” itogai, where this is factually true. Avoid implying endorsement, partnership, or certification by itogai unless an agreement to that effect exists.

In all of the above uses, attribution should make clear that the marks are the property of itogai. Where space allows, include the line: “itogai, Trustbound, TrustGraph, TrustCircles, TrustReach, and Akai are trademarks of Itogai LLC.”

4. Uses That Require Permission

The following uses require itogai’s prior written consent. To request consent, write to legal@itogai.com.

• Use of the itogai sunburst logo, the wordmark, or any of the Trust-family or Akai marks on merchandise (clothing, stickers, swag, branded accessories) intended for distribution beyond the user’s personal use.
• Use of itogai marks in a manner that could imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or certification by itogai, where no such relationship exists.
• Use of itogai marks in the name of a product, service, company, blog, podcast, social-media handle, or domain name other than itogai’s own.
• Use of itogai marks in a manner that disparages itogai, that is materially misleading about itogai’s products or business, or that associates itogai with unrelated products, causes, or political positions.
• Modified or derivative versions of any itogai mark, including stylized treatments, parody logos, recolored versions, or animated versions.

5. Uses That Are Not Permitted

The following uses are not permitted under any circumstance.

• Use of itogai marks in a manner that constitutes trademark infringement, dilution, tarnishment, false designation of origin, or unfair competition under United States federal law, the law of any U.S. state, or applicable international law.
• Use of itogai marks on or in connection with content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise prohibited under itogai’s Acceptable Use Policy.
• Registration of any domain name, social-media handle, or business name that incorporates “itogai,” “Trustbound,” “TrustGraph,” “TrustCircles,” “TrustReach,” or “Akai,” or a confusingly similar variant of any of those marks, without itogai’s prior written consent.

6. Reporting Trademark Misuse

If you believe that a third party is using itogai’s trademarks in a manner that is unauthorized, misleading, or infringing, write to legal@itogai.com with as much detail as you can share, including a link or screenshot to the misuse, the date observed, and any other context. itogai will investigate in good faith.

7. Press and Brand Kit

A brand kit containing the official logo files, color palette, and typography reference is available on request. Write to demo@itogai.com with the subject line “Press and Brand Kit Request” and include the publication, event, or context for which the kit is needed.
