Yes. You can cancel from your billing settings or by writing to billing@itogai.com, and you keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. There’s no annual lock-in on a monthly plan and no cancellation fee. If you ever leave, your data stays available to export for 30 days.

Every new account gets 30 days of the Growth plan free, with no credit card required. The 30 days start when you bring in your first data source, and you get the full Growth plan experience from day one: up to 200 people in TrustRings, 20 enrichments a day, 5 Sparks, and every warm path in full. When the 30 days end, your account moves to the Free plan unless you choose to stay on the Growth plan. Nothing is charged unless you decide to upgrade. On day 31 nothing is deleted: your circles, scores, and history stay, including the people above the Free plan’s 50. Sparks you bought stay available, and the trial’s included Sparks don’t carry over.

Sparks cover the actions that matter most: a warm intro request (1 Spark), a broadcast beyond the ones your plan includes (2 Sparks to a circle, 4 to your broader network), 40 enrichment credits, or 200 Akai assists. Each plan includes a monthly allowance (1 on Free, 5 on Growth, 10 on Ultimate), and you can buy more anytime, at $30 each on the Free plan or $20 each on the Growth and Ultimate plans. Sparks you buy stay available until you use them or close your account, and a plan’s monthly Sparks don’t roll over into the next billing period.

The Free plan includes up to 50 people in TrustRings. When you reach it, every other tool keeps working. The Growth plan raises the limit to 200, and the Ultimate plan has no limit. Your existing contacts and history are never deleted. The cap only applies to adding new people beyond 50.

Your data is hosted on managed databases in the United States and the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest. We don’t sell your data or use it to train AI models, and we don’t let an AI provider train its general-purpose models on your data. For email, itogai reads metadata to score your relationships and never reads or stores the body of your messages. You can export or delete your data at any time.

When you connect your Google or Microsoft 365 account, itogai reads the metadata of your email, such as who you write to, when, and how often, to score your relationships. It never reads or stores the body of your messages. Your LinkedIn connections come in from the file LinkedIn lets you download, so you decide what to share. You can disconnect a source anytime, and connecting more makes your network picture more complete.

Pricing is per user account, so each teammate gets their own login, their own network, and their own circles. Sharing a single login isn’t supported, because your relationship data and scores are personal to you, and we never pool contact data across accounts to profile a person. A team runs on one account that holds the seats and pays for them: the administrator’s seat is the full plan, each added member is $60 a month with 3 Sparks, from 3 seats on Growth and 5 on Ultimate.
