Yes. You can cancel from your billing settings whenever you want, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no annual lock-in on a monthly plan and no cancellation fee. If you ever leave, your data stays available to export for 30 days.

Every new account starts on the Growth Plan free for 30 days, with no credit card required. You get the full experience from day one: unlimited contacts in TrustCircles more daily enrichments, 4 Sparks, and full path details. When the 30 days end, your account moves to the Free Plan automatically unless you choose to stay on the Growth Plan. Nothing is charged unless you decide to upgrade.

Sparks power your highest-value actions inside itogai: requesting a warm introduction, sending a broadcast message to your network, or enriching a contact. Each plan includes a monthly allowance (1 on Free, 4 on Growth, 10 on Ultimate), and you can buy more anytime at $20 each. Sparks don't expire, so any you do not use stay in your balance.

The Free plan includes up to 50 contacts in TrustCircles. When you reach it, every other tool keeps working, and upgrading to the Growth Plan removes the limit for unlimited contacts. Your existing contacts and history are never deleted; the cap only applies to adding new ones beyond 50.

Your data is hosted on managed databases in the United States and the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest. itogai does not sell your data and does not use it to train AI models, and the AI providers behind Akai are contractually opted out of training on your data. For email and calendar, itogai reads metadata to build your relationship signals and does not store the body of your messages. You can export or delete your data at any time.

When you connect Google or Microsoft, itogai reads the metadata of your emails and calendar, meaning who, when, and how often, to map and score your relationships. It does not store the body of your messages, and any raw content it processes for signals is discarded once the signals are created. You choose what to connect, you can disconnect a source anytime, and connecting more simply makes your network picture more complete.

itogai is priced per user account, so each teammate gets their own login, their own network, and their own TrustCircles. Sharing a single login is not supported, because your relationship data and scores are personal to you. To bring your team on, add an account for each person at the Growth Plan or Ultimate Plan rate.
