Effective Date: October 10, 2026 for any Account created on or after October 9, 2026. For an Account existing on October 9, 2026, this version takes effect thirty (30) days after itogai gives notice under the Customer Terms of Service; until then, the terms that governed the Account before that date continue to govern it. Last Modified: October 10, 2026 Document Version: SS-2026-10-10 v5.4

This Service Schedule sets out the plans, prices, quotas and conversion rates for the itogai Subscription Service. It is incorporated by reference into the Customer Terms of Service and forms part of the Legal Documents defined there.

Why this is a separate document. The Terms state what a Spark is and what rights it confers. This Schedule states what things cost. Commercial terms move more often than contractual ones, and separating them means a price change reversions this document rather than amending the contract. Where this Schedule and any other Legal Document disagree on a price, a quota or a conversion rate, this Schedule governs. On everything else, the Customer Terms of Service governs.

1. Plans

Plan Price TrustRings™ contacts Connected email accounts Sparks per month Included broadcasts per month Enrichment cap per day Paths Signals
Free USD $0 50 1 1 1, to a single circle 5 First 10, partial reveal 10 per month, partial
Growth USD $100 per User per month 200 2 5 2, being one to a circle and one to the broader network 20 Unlimited, full 50 per month, full
Ultimate USD $200 per User per month Unlimited Unlimited 10 4, being two and two 100 Unlimited, full Unlimited

Two columns in that table are not the same kind of thing, and the difference is worth stating once.

Included broadcasts are an entitlement. They are granted with the plan, they cost no Sparks, and they are on top of the Sparks the plan includes. They expire at the end of each month and do not carry forward. A Customer who wants more than the included number sends as many as they like and pays for the additional ones in Sparks, at the rates in Section 2.1.

The enrichment cap is a limit, not a grant. It is the maximum number of enrichments a Customer may run in a day. It does not supply the enrichment credits those enrichments consume, which are obtained only by converting Sparks. The cap exists because each enrichment carries a cost itogai pays to a provider. A broadcast does not.

Annual billing is offered on both paid plans at twenty percent (20%) off the monthly rate: USD $80 per User per month on the Growth plan and USD $160 per User per month on the Ultimate plan, billed annually. itogai does not describe annual billing as any number of months free, and no other framing of the annual discount is used on any surface.

Connected email accounts are the mailboxes a User may hold connected at one time. The limit counts active connections, never retained records: disconnecting a mailbox frees the slot and leaves what was already derived in place, as Section 7.4 of the Customer Terms of Service describes.

Akai™ on the Customer’s own provider key. On the Growth and Ultimate plans a Customer may run Akai on their own key with a model provider listed in the AI Provider Register. The Free plan may not. Section 3a of that register states what changes when a Customer does. An action Akai produces on the Customer’s own key consumes no assist, because itogai bears no inference cost for it. A fair-use rate limit applies to actions run on the Customer’s own key; it is stated in the product where the key is entered and is set so that ordinary use never meets it.

The reverse trial. Every new Account receives thirty (30) days of the Growth plan at no charge, with no payment method required. The thirty days begin when the Account brings in its first Data Source by any acquisition method (connecting, uploading, importing or reading one on screen), not when the Account is created. Until then the Account is on Free, and an Account that never connects a source stays on Free. At the end of the thirty days the Account moves to Free unless the Customer has selected and paid for a plan. There is no second trial, no separate trial of the Ultimate plan, and no separate trial for a team.

1a. Teams

A Customer may run a paid plan as a team. One Account holds the team and is billed for it; its holder is the team’s administrator and invites the members. Every seat in a team carries the same plan, and the plan’s Sparks are pooled.

Growth team Ultimate team
The administrator’s seat USD $100 per month, the Growth plan with its 5 Sparks USD $200 per month, the Ultimate plan with its 10 Sparks
Each additional member USD $60 per month, carrying 3 Sparks USD $60 per month, carrying 3 Sparks
Minimum size 3 seats, the administrator’s included 5 seats, the administrator’s included
Maximum size None None
Plan entitlements Every seat carries the Growth plan’s entitlements in Section 1 Every seat carries the Ultimate plan’s entitlements in Section 1
Sparks Pooled in one balance the whole team draws on The same

What a seat is. A seat is one member’s use of the team’s plan for one billing period. The administrator’s seat is the full plan at the plan’s price and Spark count. Each additional seat is priced at USD $20 for each of the three Sparks it carries, the price of a Spark on the Growth and Ultimate plans under Section 2. Every seat carries the same entitlements: contacts, connected email accounts, included broadcasts, the enrichment cap, Paths, Signals and Akai on the Customer’s own provider key follow the team’s plan for every member, the administrator included.

The pool. Plan Sparks a team receives are issued to one balance, and any member applies them under Section 4.2 of the Customer Terms of Service. They follow Section 2.3 without exception: issued at the start of each billing period, held and burned per action, and not carried into the next period. Sparks the administrator purchases for the team join the pool and remain in it until consumed or until the team ends. A member who leaves a team takes no Sparks with them, and Sparks a member receives as a Bridger under the Bridger Terms are that member’s own. Nothing in a team changes what a Spark is or what it buys, and there is no team rate for a Spark: a team buys Sparks at its plan’s price under Section 2.

Adding and removing seats. A seat added during a billing period is charged pro rata for the rest of that period and its Sparks are issued pro rata. A seat removed takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A team may not fall below its minimum size; to go below it, the Customer moves the remaining members to individual plans or ends the team.

Discounts. Annual billing at twenty percent (20%) off applies to every seat of a team. The region-adjusted discount in Section 4 applies to team fees as it applies to plan fees. Accelerator and ecosystem codes in Section 5 apply on their own terms.

A team and a Group. A Group is the shared container and a team is the billing arrangement; the two words are never interchangeable. A team’s members belong to the Group the administrator’s organization holds under Section 9 of the Customer Terms of Service, and every rule in that Section applies unchanged: business-card depth, contribution as each member’s own choice, and what leaving does. A team is a billing arrangement; it is not a reseller, white-label or enterprise arrangement, and none is offered.

2. Sparks

A Spark costs USD $30 on the Free plan and USD $20 on the Growth and Ultimate plans. The price is set by the plan the Account holds when the purchase completes, and within a plan it is the same at every quantity.

The Account holds Price of one Spark What that price covers
The Free plan USD $30 Every Spark the Account buys (pay as you go)
The Growth or Ultimate plan USD $20 The Sparks the plan includes, and every Spark the Account buys on top of them (a top-up)

On Sparks, this is the difference a paid plan makes: a Spark goes from USD $30 to USD $20. On annual billing the plan fee is twenty percent (20%) lower, so each Spark the plan includes works out to USD $16 (Section 2.2); a top-up is USD $20 on either billing interval. An Account on the reverse trial in Section 1 holds the Growth plan and pays the Growth price. A team under Section 1a pays its plan’s price.

There is no pack price, no bulk discount and no volume tier, and no Spark price exists other than the two in the table. itogai does not offer, and has never offered, a discount on Sparks purchased in quantity. The region-adjusted discount in Section 4 applies to a Spark as it applies to plan fees; an accelerator or ecosystem code under Section 5 never applies to a Spark.

A purchased Spark keeps the price it was bought at. An Account that changes plan keeps the Sparks it purchased, and where the Customer Terms of Service provide for a refund of unconsumed purchased Sparks, the refund is made at the price paid for them.

2.1 What a Spark converts into

One Spark provides Effective unit price
One warm introduction request USD $30 on the Free plan; USD $20 on the Growth and Ultimate plans
40 enrichment credits USD $0.75 each on the Free plan; USD $0.50 each on the Growth and Ultimate plans
200 Akai assists USD $0.15 each on the Free plan; USD $0.10 each on the Growth and Ultimate plans
Action Sparks consumed
One warm introduction request 1
One broadcast beyond the included monthly number, to a single TrustRings circle 2
One broadcast beyond the included monthly number, to the broader network 4

A broadcast inside the included monthly number consumes no Sparks. These rates apply only once that number is used up. There is no cap on how many additional broadcasts a Customer may send, and each is paid for in Sparks at the rate above.

Conversion runs one way. A Spark becomes assists, enrichment credits or an action. Nothing converts back into a Spark, and no converted unit is refundable in Sparks.

2.2 The plan arithmetic

On monthly billing, the Growth plan fee values the five Sparks it includes at USD $20 each, the Ultimate plan fee values the ten it includes at USD $20 each, and an additional team seat values the three it carries at USD $20 each, the Growth and Ultimate price of a Spark in Section 2. On annual billing, the twenty percent (20%) discount in Section 1 brings each Spark a plan includes to USD $16. That is what an included Spark works out to, and not a price at which a Spark is sold. A Spark bought on top of a plan is USD $20 on either billing interval, and the Free plan’s one Spark a month is granted at no charge. This relationship is intentional: a plan is the way to hold Sparks at USD $20 each, or USD $16 on annual billing, against USD $30 on the Free plan, and it holds because the other plan entitlements are not currency: the included broadcasts and the plan’s contact, Path and Signal allowances cost itogai nothing to grant, the enrichment cap grants nothing at all, and the one-time signup credits in Section 3.1 are granted once and never repeated.

What a Customer pays for is Sparks. Everything else a plan carries is either a limit on how fast Sparks may be spent, or an entitlement itogai adds on top at no cost to itself.

2.3 Lifecycle

  • Issuance. Plan Sparks are issued at the start of each billing period.
  • Hold and burn. Sparks required for an action are held when the action begins, burned when it completes, and released back to the Customer’s balance in full if the action does not complete, for any reason.
  • Purchased Sparks, bought on the Free plan or on top of a plan, remain in the balance until consumed or until the Account terminates.
  • Plan Sparks that go unconsumed in a billing period do not carry into the next period.
  • Included broadcasts that go unused in a month do not carry into the next month. They are granted monthly and expire monthly.
  • Enrichment credits and Akai assists, once converted from Sparks, remain in the balance until consumed or until the Account terminates. The one-time signup gift behaves the same way.
  • No cash value. Sparks are a licence to consume functionality within the Subscription Service. They are not redeemable for cash, not transferable, not assignable, not a general-purpose prepaid instrument, and redeemable only within the Subscription Service. This applies equally to Sparks a Bridger receives as compensation under the Bridger Terms.

3. Enrichment credits and Akai assists

Neither is a separate currency, and neither is obtainable except by converting Sparks, with the single exception in Section 3.1.

3.1 Enrichment credits

One Spark converts to forty (40) enrichment credits. One credit runs one enrichment of a contact or a company.

The daily cap in Section 1 limits how many enrichments a Customer may run in a day. It does not supply the credits. A Customer with no credits runs no enrichments whatever their cap allows, and a Customer with a full balance still stops at the cap for that day. The two limits apply together.

One exception. Every new Account receives a one-time gift of ten (10) enrichment credits at signup, at no charge and with no Spark conversion. It is granted once per Account, never repeated, and it does not expire while the Account is open.

Why enrichment is priced and broadcast is not. Each enrichment sends a request to a data provider that charges itogai for it. A broadcast is a message the Customer’s own service sends on the Customer’s own behalf. The first has a marginal cost and is therefore paid for in Sparks; the second does not and is therefore granted as an entitlement.

3.2 Akai assists

One Spark converts to two hundred (200) Akai assists. An assist is consumed by a draft, a summary, a context brief or an answer Akai produces on request. Adding an action to that list is a material change under Section 4.6 of the Customer Terms of Service and carries thirty (30) days’ notice. Assists are obtained only by converting Sparks, and there is no daily cap on them. An action Akai produces on the Customer’s own provider key consumes no assist (Section 1).

4. Region-adjusted pricing

itogai offers a region-adjusted discount to reflect purchasing power parity, available to Customers whose legal-entity headquarters are registered in a country in Latin America, evidenced by the Customer’s registration documents and primary business address.

The discount is applied by a coupon issued on request and verification. No geographic signal, no IP address, no browser locale and no billing address grants it automatically. A Customer requests it, itogai verifies the entity, and itogai issues the code.

The discount does not follow the location of individual Users, the location of a payment method, or the location of an affiliate. itogai may verify eligibility at any time and may adjust pricing prospectively where eligibility cannot be substantiated. Misrepresenting headquarters location to obtain it is a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Current rate: fifty percent (50%) off plan fees, Professional Services fees and Sparks purchased under Section 2. With the code applied, the Growth plan is USD $50 per User per month and the Ultimate plan USD $100 per User per month, and a Spark is USD $15 on the Free plan and USD $10 on the Growth and Ultimate plans. A plan’s included Sparks are already priced inside the discounted plan fee, and the code is never applied to them a second time.

5. Accelerator and ecosystem codes

Accelerator and ecosystem codes are issued per partnership, and only once one is asked for, by the partner or by a member of its program who gets in touch. Each carries its own discount, duration, deadline and cap. A code applies to plan fees only, a team’s seat fees among them where its terms say so, and never to a Spark. Codes are never listed publicly. The pricing page names the partner programs and invites anyone in one of them, or in a program it does not list, to get in touch.

The code register is operational and is not published.

6. Professional Services

Tier Fee Duration Modules
Foundation USD $1,000 4 weeks Module 1
Growth USD $3,000 12 weeks Modules 1 to 3
Scale USD $5,000 20 weeks Modules 1 to 5

Elective modules are USD $1,000 each. Post-programme advisory is USD $250 per hour.

Bundled Subscription Service access. Foundation and Growth engagements include the Growth plan for the duration of the engagement. Scale engagements include the Ultimate plan. Access reverts to Free at the conclusion of the engagement unless the Customer separately elects a paid plan.

7. The Bridger platform fee

Where a Customer pays a Bridger a fee for an introduction under the Bridger Terms:

The Bridger elects payment in The Bridger receives itogai retains
Sparks 100% of the agreed value, in Sparks Nothing
Cash The agreed value less the platform fee 5% of the agreed value

The Bridger chooses at the moment of accepting. Value that remains inside the Subscription Service carries no platform fee; value that leaves it carries the cost of moving it.

On the Sparks path, the agreed value converts into Sparks at USD $20 a Spark, the Growth and Ultimate price in Section 2, whatever plan the Requester or the Bridger holds, rounded up to the next whole Spark where the value is not a whole number of Sparks: a USD $100 fee is five (5) Sparks, so the Bridger always receives at least the full agreed value. The Requester’s balance is debited the same number of Sparks, and a Requester who holds fewer buys the difference at the price a Spark costs on the Requester’s own plan under Section 2.

The platform fee applies to the agreed value, whatever that value turns out to be. Where the fee is a fixed amount, the agreed value is known when the introduction completes. Where it depends on a future event, the agreed value is the amount determined when that event is reported and accepted, and the platform fee is calculated on that amount at that moment. itogai takes no share of a Bridger’s fee beyond the percentage in this table.

8. How these figures change

  • Monthly plans. A change applies at the start of the next billing period, after thirty (30) days’ notice.
  • Annual plans. A change applies at the next renewal, and is notified at least thirty (30) days before it, in the renewal reminder under Section 5.3 of the Customer Terms of Service.
  • Sparks, conversion rates, quotas and the platform fee. A change is material and carries the same thirty (30) days’ notice.
  • The mechanism. A change reversions this Schedule. The notice obligation lives in the Customer Terms of Service and does not move.

The right to leave. A material change to this Schedule gives every Customer the right to terminate before it takes effect and receive a pro rata refund of prepaid unused fees, under Section 20.5 of the Customer Terms of Service. A price rise the Customer does not want to pay is a reason to leave whole, not a reason to be stuck.

Every price published on any itogai surface traces to this Schedule. A figure that appears on a surface and not in this Schedule is an error in that surface.

9. Where these are purchased

Every item priced on this page is purchased on the itogai web platform. No itogai application offers, initiates or processes a purchase, and no application carries a checkout, upgrade or Spark-buy path. A signed-in User reaches on an application only what the Account already holds. Section 3.4 of the Customer Terms of Service states this as an obligation itogai holds, and the Product Surface Register records it for each surface.

Changelog

Amended October 10, 2026, version SS-2026-10-10 v5.4. A clarification that changes no price, quota, conversion rate or platform fee. Section 5 states that an accelerator or ecosystem code is issued only once one is asked for, by the partner or by a member of its program who gets in touch, and that a code applies to plan fees only and never to a Spark; Section 2 says the same of a Spark. Version 5.3 let a code reduce a Spark’s price where the code’s own terms said so, and no code is affected by the change. The pricing page no longer invites a Customer to apply a code at checkout. For an Account existing on October 9, 2026, this version takes effect thirty (30) days after notice under the Customer Terms of Service, as version 5.3 did.

Amended October 10, 2026, version SS-2026-10-10 v5.3. A clarification that changes no price, quota, conversion rate or platform fee. Section 1 states what the annual discount comes to: USD $80 per User per month on the Growth plan and USD $160 per User per month on the Ultimate plan, billed annually. Section 4 states the Growth and Ultimate plan fees with the region-adjusted code: USD $50 and USD $100 per User per month. Section 2.2 states that USD $16 is what an included Spark works out to on annual billing, and not a price at which a Spark is sold. Section 7 states the price at which an agreed fee converts into Sparks on the Sparks path: USD $20 a Spark, the Growth and Ultimate price, whatever plan either party holds, rounded up to the next whole Spark, so the Bridger always receives at least the full agreed value; version 5.2 set two Spark prices without naming the one that converts a fee, and no fee has settled under it. Version 5.2 governed an Account created on October 9, 2026 from that date, and this version adds no obligation to it. For an Account existing on October 9, 2026, this version takes effect thirty (30) days after notice under the Customer Terms of Service, as version 5.2 did.

Amended October 9, 2026, version SS-2026-10-09 v5.2. Section 2 prices a Spark by plan: USD $30 on the Free plan, and USD $20 on the Growth and Ultimate plans, for the Sparks a plan includes and for every Spark bought on top of them. Version 5.1 set one USD $30 price on every plan and valued a plan’s included Sparks at USD $20; version 5.0 set one USD $20 price for everyone, so a Customer on the Growth or Ultimate plan pays what it paid under version 5.0. Section 2 also states that an Account on the reverse trial pays the Growth price and that a purchased Spark keeps the price paid for it. Section 2.2 states that annual billing brings each Spark a plan includes to USD $16, Section 2.1 states the effective unit prices on each plan, Section 1a ties the team seat to the Growth and Ultimate price, and Section 4 states the region-adjusted price on each plan, USD $15 on the Free plan and USD $10 on the Growth and Ultimate plans. The conversion rates, the lifecycle in Section 2.3 and every other figure are unchanged. For an Account existing on October 9, 2026, this version takes effect thirty (30) days after notice under the Customer Terms of Service.

Amended October 9, 2026, version SS-2026-10-09 v5.1. Section 2 sets a Spark’s list price at USD $30, where version 5.0 stated USD $20. The Growth and Ultimate plan fees, the Sparks they include and the USD $60 team seat are unchanged, so Section 2.2 now states that a plan values its included Sparks at USD $20 each rather than at the list price, and Section 2.1 states the effective unit prices both at list and from an included Spark. Section 4 applies the region-adjusted discount to Sparks, so a Customer with the code pays USD $15 for a Spark purchased on its own; version 5.0 excluded Sparks from the discount. The conversion rates, the lifecycle in Section 2.3 and every other figure are unchanged. For an Account existing on October 9, 2026, this version takes effect thirty (30) days after notice under the Customer Terms of Service.

New in this release. This document did not exist before September 21, 2026. It holds every price, plan, quota and conversion rate, none of which had a home before and all of which sat in the body of the Customer Terms of Service.

Amended September 21, 2026, before first publication, on the pricing rule. Section 4 no longer applies the region-adjusted discount to Sparks. A Spark costs USD $20 for everyone, in every country, as Section 2.1 states; the discount applies to plan fees and Professional Services fees.

Amended September 21, 2026, before first publication. Section 7 now states how the platform fee applies where the fee depends on a future event, which the Bridger Terms permit from the same date. The percentages are unchanged.

The Growth plan carries 200 TrustRings contacts, where the first draft stated no limit; Free remains 50 and Ultimate remains unlimited. Connected email accounts are stated per plan, one on Free, two on Growth and unlimited on Ultimate. Akai on the Customer’s own provider key is recorded as a Growth and Ultimate entitlement. New Section 1a states how a plan is run as a team: the administrator’s seat at the plan’s price, each additional member at USD $60 carrying three Sparks, a minimum of three seats on Growth and five on Ultimate, pooled Sparks on the ordinary lifecycle, and every seat carrying the same entitlements. The reverse trial begins at the first Data Source connection, not at registration, and no separate team trial exists.
