This Cookie Policy explains how Itogai LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“itogai”), uses cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) on the itogai Marketing Website at itogai.app and on the itogai Platform at platform.itogai.app.
This Cookie Policy supplements, and is part of, the Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings set out in the Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies Are
A “cookie” is a small text file that a website places on a User’s device when the User visits the site. Cookies allow the website to remember information about the visit, such as language preference, login state, and pages viewed, and to recognize the User on subsequent visits.
Cookies set by the website that the User is currently visiting are called first-party Cookies. Cookies set by domains other than the one the User is visiting are called third-party Cookies, and are typically set by analytics, security, or marketing providers that the website integrates with.
In this Cookie Policy, the term “Cookies” also covers similar technologies that work like cookies, including local storage, session storage, web beacons, pixels, tags, and SDK identifiers, that perform comparable functions on the User’s device or browser.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
itogai uses the following categories of Cookies. The specific Cookies in each category may change over time as our Service Providers update their products. The table below lists each category, its purpose, and representative examples; the cookie-preference banner where applicable lists the specific live Cookies at the time of the User’s visit.

itogai does not use any category of Cookie that itogai would consider “advertising” inside the authenticated Platform. itogai does not place advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or cross-site advertising identifiers inside platform.itogai.app at any time.
3. No Sale or Sharing for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising
itogai does not “sell” Personal Information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and does not “share” Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA). This applies to Cookies and to all other categories of Personal Information.
4. Your Choices
You can control or disable Cookies in several ways.
4.1 Cookie Preference Banner
Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential Cookies (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), itogai presents a cookie-preference banner on first visit to the Marketing Website. Through the banner you may:
- accept all Cookies;
- reject all non-essential Cookies; or
- customize your selection by category (functional, analytics, marketing).
You may change your selection at any time by clicking the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of itogai.app, or by clearing your browser’s cookies for the itogai.app domain, which will cause the banner to be presented again on your next visit.
4.2 Browser Controls
Most modern browsers allow you to:
- delete existing Cookies;
- block all Cookies;
- block third-party Cookies; or
- be notified before a new Cookie is stored.
The location of these controls differs by browser. Disabling Strictly Necessary Cookies will prevent the Subscription Service from working correctly, including authentication and session continuity.
4.3 Global Privacy Control (GPC)
The Subscription Service responds to Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals to the extent required by applicable law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and other U.S. state privacy laws that recognize universal opt-out signals. When itogai detects a GPC signal, itogai treats it as a valid request to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information.
itogai does not currently honor traditional “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser signals, because no industry standard for the meaning of that signal has been adopted. itogai may revisit this position as standards evolve.
4.4 Analytics Opt-Out
Where itogai relies on consent for analytics Cookies (Amplitude, Sentry), Users may withdraw consent at any time through the cookie-preference banner. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
4.5 Marketing Tracker Opt-Out
Users may opt out of marketing trackers either through the cookie-preference banner on the Marketing Website or through their account settings on the relevant third-party platforms. The Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) at optout.networkadvertising.org and the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) at optout.aboutads.info also provide industry-wide opt-out mechanisms.
5. Cookies Set by Third Parties
Some Cookies on the Marketing Website are set by Service Providers acting on itogai’s behalf (for example, Amplitude and Sentry). These Cookies are governed by the contract between itogai and the Service Provider, and the Service Provider is bound to use the data only as instructed by itogai.
Other Cookies on the Marketing Website are set by third parties operating under their own privacy policies. These include LinkedIn (for the LinkedIn Insight Tag), X (for conversion tracking), and Google (for Google Analytics on the Marketing Website only). itogai does not control these Cookies and recommends that Users review the privacy policies of those third parties for further information.
itogai does not place any third-party Cookie inside the authenticated Platform at platform.itogai.app, other than the security and authentication Cookies set by the security and identity-management providers listed in the Sub-processors page at itogai.app/legal/sub-processors, which are necessary for the Platform to function.
6. Children
The Subscription Service is a business-to-business product and is not directed to children. itogai does not knowingly use Cookies to collect Personal Data from any individual under the age of sixteen (16), or such other age as may be the applicable threshold under local law. See the Privacy Policy, Section 15 (Children’s Privacy), for details.
7. Changes to This Cookie Policy
itogai may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Cookie practices, the Subscription Service, applicable law, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. itogai will update the “Last Modified” and “Effective Date” at the top of this Cookie Policy and will increment the Document Version. Material changes (for example, the introduction of a new Cookie category, or a change in the legal basis on which itogai relies) will be communicated as described in the Privacy Policy, Section 16.
